Dribblings
Hey how’s your dribbling these days? More dribbling you do better you will become in executing it on the playing field! Performing specific dribbling over and over again will help your muscles remember it, you will as well perfected the movement(focus on precision of the skill, and movement of the body are must) so that you will feel so confident and comfortable to do it anytime in the game! Your brain will act automatically when it comes to skill that is done so many times. So start practicing those inside and outside step-overs, move your hips and lower your body down (center of gravity) to really get effective! And how does everyone feel (fans, parents, teammates and opponents) when they see someone taking on 1v1 with ease and succeeding? Well I don’t need to tell you answer on that question right?
