Pathways Beyond the UAE

At Dominant Academy, one of our core missions is to provide opportunities for players who have progressed through all academy stages, up to the U18 squad, to further their education or football careers outside of the UAE. Players can pursue various pathways, whether it be through studying, playing football at a higher level, or seeking professional opportunities.

Through partnerships with several renowned scouting agencies, we offer a wide selection of universities, high schools, and football academies across the globe. For players who are identified as having solid potential or who are eager for professional opportunities, we facilitate scholarships and trial opportunities at some of the top elite football academies and professional clubs in Europe.

Local UAE Team Partnerships

In addition to international opportunities, we maintain strong relationships with professional clubs in the UAE, including Al Wahda, Al Wasl, Baniyas. These partnerships allow for an exchange of talent, with players from these clubs coming to train with us and our players gaining exposure and opportunities within these local clubs. This collaborative approach helps enhance player development and fosters pathways to professional football within the UAE as well.

Showcases and Talent Opportunities

We also organize showcases where talented players can demonstrate their skills in front of scouts and receive scholarship awards. This provides direct access to the kind of exposure necessary to further their football journey. Players and parents are encouraged to approach us if they are interested in these opportunities, and we are always on the lookout for the most talented, hardworking, and committed players to offer a variety of life-changing pathways.
